Joseph S. Klein, a Long Island, NY native, has built a dynamic and multifaceted legal practice rooted in lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to his clients. After earning degrees in Business Management and Political Science from Stony Brook University in 2005, Joseph launched his career in the financial sector, excelling in senior leadership roles at major banks. Despite his success and numerous accolades, Joseph never lost sight of his dream to become an attorney.
In 2009, while working full-time at PNC Bank, Joseph pursued his law degree at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. After graduating and passing the Florida Bar in 2013, he co-founded Dial/Klein, PLLC with Renee Dial. Over the years, the firm has grown to include four attorneys and a dedicated team of staff, serving clients with professionalism and care.
At his core, Joseph is a Personal Injury attorney, combining his passion for helping others with a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and financial challenges his clients face. Drawing on 11 years as a volunteer firefighter, Joseph approaches every case with empathy and a hands-on commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Beyond personal injury, Joseph’s legal practice reflects his diverse background and real-world experience. From business law—where he helps clients navigate contracts, litigation, and strategic growth—to estate planning and probate, where he safeguards legacies and fosters harmony among beneficiaries, Joseph’s clients benefit from his ability to handle complex legal and financial matters with precision.
While some may say, “Pick a lane,” Joseph views his versatility as a strength, rooted in his belief that lived experience is a powerful foundation for effective advocacy. His diverse practice reflects his dedication to serving clients holistically, never turning away someone in need if he can make a difference.
Joseph’s commitment to his community extends beyond the courtroom. As a court-appointed attorney ad litem, he advocates for the rights of children who have faced unspeakable hardships, ensuring their voices are heard and their futures protected. His service on nonprofit boards has deepened his understanding of organizational challenges, enabling him to provide strategic counsel to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals striving to strengthen their communities.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys mentoring young athletes as a youth soccer coach and spending time with his wife, Karen, and their five children: Dorinda, Joey, Cosette, Maximilian, and Joshua. Together, they enjoy traveling and often visit Disney World, where Joseph and Karen were married in 2009.
Since 2017, Joseph and Karen have also been foster parents, opening their home to 11 children, three of whom they have adopted. This unwavering dedication to service exemplifies Joseph’s core values of empathy, compassion, and commitment to making a difference.
Whether fighting for justice in a personal injury case, guiding a business toward success, or advocating for vulnerable children, Joseph brings intelligence, experience, and heart to every case. If you’re seeking an attorney who will fight for you with dedication and care, Joseph S. Klein is ready to help.
